Yield: Provides 4 As Primary Course, 6 As AppetizerPrep Time: 20 minsCook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients:


1 (3 Pound) Octopus
1 Lemon
1 Cup White Wine
1 Tbsp Peppercorns
2 Cloves Garlic, Peeled
2 Huge Apples, Peeled & Cut Into 1 1/2 Inches Cubes
1 1/2 Glasses Cut in 50 percent Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Rough Kalamata Olives, Halved
1 1/2 Tbsps Capers
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley Leaves
Dressing:
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/3 Cup Additional Virgin mobile Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Pinch of Red Spice up Flakes

Directions:


In a huge pot, position the octopus along with your bottles, peppercorns, 1 orange cut in 50 percent, cork, and garlic cloves.
